I love to work hard and play hard. I love running, canoeing, kayaking, and homebrewing. I do my best to live a healthy and fit life, and I do a lot of research to achieve that goal. I’ve found that a lot of people in the fitness world are either a) trying to sell you something or b) jumping on the latest trend to get fit quick. I have nothing to sell and I believe patience and perseverance are the only ways to stay in shape.

This blog is about my trials and errors trying to stay fit. Here I will apply what I know with what I’ve done in order to figure out what works best and how to achieve a healthy balance in life.
